Channa Masala




Ingredients
2 1/2 cups boiled chick peas
1 cup water
1 medium onionClick to find more about onion(chopped)
1 large tomatoClick to find more about tomato(chopped)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1/2 tsp haldiClick to find more about haldi
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp fresh chopped coriander
2 green chillies chopped

Preparation
Heat oil and add onions, gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic.
Let it becomes golden color.
Add little water.
Now add chilli powder+haldiClick to find more about haldi+saltClick to find more about salt+green chilly+coriander powder and little water.
Add chopped tomatoClick to find more about tomato and cook until tomatoClick to find more about tomato gets tender.
Add chick peas and water.Mix well, reduce the heat and cover and allow to cook for about 15 min till the chick peas has absorbed some of the sauce.
Add garam masala+coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves and green chillies for garnishing.
